How long does a driveway replacement take?
1-3 days for the full installation—removal, base prep, rebar, and pour. Then you'll need to wait 7 days minimum before driving on it (24-48 hours before walking on it).
Can you replace just part of a driveway?
Yes, but we usually recommend full replacement. Partial pours create seams that become weak points with Minnesota's freeze-thaw cycles—leading to cracking, separation, or uneven settling.
If damage is isolated and the rest is solid, we'll inspect it and give you an honest recommendation.
Will my new driveway crack?
Some cracking is normal in concrete, but the right materials and process make a big difference.
